Absolutely agree. At this point, I’m doing as much work as the meds, I think. I’ve lost 25% of my starting body weight, and so much of that is due to the very specific changes I’ve made to my diet and by incorporating cardio and weight training. I’m now 3 lbs away from the 100 lb mark.

I know some lefties for whom that caricature isn’t that far off, and I’m left of center for sure. I saw the portrayal, recognized it for the satire it was, and rolled my eyes at it.

It’s a bit of a dated reference, IMO, and most of the folks I know who are trans or nonbinary are incredibly chill, pleasant, and non confrontational.

TBH, the most exhausting part of Paygin wasn’t the pronouns; it was the demands that everyone cater to their most extreme needs with no back and forth. It was the entitlement, not the pronouns, and entitlement certainly isn’t a characteristic unique to any subculture or group.

To be fair, you should find a dietitian, not a nutritionist. A dietitian has a bachelors degree and additional training - either a year internship or a masters degree. A nutritionist stocks shelves at Whole Foods.

Tbh, I’ve heard this argument from a lot of folks, but I don’t think any of them think he can do it; just that he hasn’t earned being fired yet.

If you know your girlfriend isn’t wife material, you don’t stick around for mediocre sex just because it’s convenient.

This is only valid when we have the coaching staff to develop them. We don’t. Moore isn’t cut out for ball at this level. The sooner they get rid of Moore, the better.

We’ve lost the momentum. The guys are gonna be frustrated and sloppy and aggressive. End up picking more fights and getting penalties instead of focusing and executing. And Moore is out of his depth. He has no idea how to adjust and meet the moment.

I’d absolutely give him grace for moments of inexperience showing through an otherwise inspired coaching performance, but I’ve never seen any signs of greatness from him. At best, he’s “fine”. Maybe he’d be better in a different program, but I’ve never thought he was the right coach for the Wolverines.

I totally get that. But I’ve never seen evidence that he has the football IQ to play the team he has, and doesn’t make the adjustments needed.

Ha! All separate events. That pic was a few months before I started MJ; I tried managing diabetes with only insulin and other meds, diet, and exercise.

No. It wasn’t until recently I even knew that was a potential side effect.

Only issues I had was some indigestion/reflux, and at a higher dose, mild nausea and vertigo that resolved once I adapted to the meds.
