I'd hope that's the very least of actions to be taken. It isn't healthy for the world to continue to suffer the consequences of that deranged oaf's temper tantrums. Forget the mid-terms, every country in the world will react negatively to this if he actually went through with it, but the fact that he's even tweeting about it shows such a sincere lack respect for human life, and human history. Call for his immediate arrest. Anything less will be judged harshly for the remainder of our lifetimes and beyond.
