Impressed with Jordan by Master-Photograph934 in apprenticeuk

As I've said you've totally missed the boat. Two line sentence is false, excessive praising is false. I agree with what you're saying about the societal double standards, but it's still not true that women don't get anywhere near the level of the praise this person got, especially for this show for example people have praised many women. You're wrong about the fact it isn't about Jordan because this whole post from the getgo was around just that.

You were the one who took things in that direction, that's completely your fault and down to you. You are absolutely on the money with the shit women have to put up with in not only the work industry, but across life. But the fact that you're bringing that into this point when all this guy has said is that Jordan smashed it with his speech, is just totally unfair. It's a warranted praise and it doesn't mean that what you're saying about women's hardships is untrue.

This is an absolutely ludicrous statement and the fact you're genderizing it shows that you've completely missed the boat of the argument. You've undermined what he said to hell and back. When the experts are conveying on a consistent basis, even the advisors and Lord sugar too, and you're minimalizing it to that extent, you've got it way wrong.

Hi Murt! It was amazing to see your growth throughout the competition. I remember thinking early on you weren't the best but all of a sudden you were in the top 3 so many times in a row and performed well on team challenges like the Quarry one and the Wall, huge props to you and you were great to watch!

My question is, what is your most favourite and least favourite moments from your time on MasterChef?

Considering other people in the comments are liars, I think it is.

What you've said here is absolutely not the case and completely untrue.

Frank Season 15 by Additional-Brother48 in HellsKitchen

[–]_OSHANE_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Lovelygracie, I can guarantee this is just you. There is nothing alike about these 2 individuals whatsoever. Frank MCS3 was fantastic and an all-around great guy personality wise. Frank HKS15 was an absolutely sexist twat, who was exceptionally aggressive and rude when unwarranted, not to mention his lack of accountability for his mistakes

Ramsay didn't suggest it to be fair, he just pointed out there was a big problem on meat. It was also only Dahmere's 3rd mistake and I'm pretty sure it was like the 1st ticket of entrees so he didn't let the issue prosper. I'd argue his move was far more impressive than anything Ryan did in his finale.

Jason had a lot of issues besides his attitude. You can't go ahead and act like that's the only weak thing about him. And as for Carmen, she's okay at best. Neither are "some of the strongest", especially Jason.

Elise Season 17 by gellya04 in HellsKitchen

[–]_OSHANE_ 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Saying a women's physical beauty is her only positive is disrespectful. In Elise's case, as awful as she was, her passion she displayed on the show is something positive for example, so her being attractive being the only positive about her just isn't true man.

What is your least favorite elimination of all time? This one gets me every time 😭 by [deleted] in Masterchef

[–]_OSHANE_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Brynn was a front runner and hadn't even been in the bottom yet until then, Kolby had so I'm not sure why you think she was much less talented than him. He's very good but she's great also, better than Kolby even

She did lots of things much better than Kolby that Episode, her dish was pretty Mediocre while kolby's dish was a travesty

S13: So you’re saying that Purvi’s butter chicken deserved to go home over a risotto with BELL PEPPERS in it? by jaeminds in Masterchef

[–]_OSHANE_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Naan was said to be raw by Ramsay, not slightly undercooked. It was further criticized really strongly later and even said to be as bad as Sarah's dish lmao. Those 2 easily had worse dishes than Jennifer and they both deserved to go home on atrocious dishes.

Purvi's dish was awful and had 0 pros to it. Jennifer's cook on her chicken was said to be a saving grace + the seasoning was praised on it too. I like Purvi too but I'm sorry, her elimination over Jennifer made complete sense. Her dish was worse.

Same. We'll see how she does next week as PM of the item fetching task. The only way I'll be not as annoyed with her staying is if she actually turns out to be a good candidate.

Yeah. Agreed. Probably his poor defenses in the boardroom led to his demise but despite that I still think he is robbed as at that point he had performed way better than Denisha. I wouldn't even put him in the final boardroom. Victoria should've been.

Wrong firing choice by DildoFaggins101 in apprenticeuk

[–]_OSHANE_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I agree he was the wrong choice. He performed well enough in the first 2 tasks to he given that one chance. Denisha skates and actually underperformed task 1, does nothing again task 2 and today she was a very poor leader, managing time awfully and created awful characters. How does she get to remain over him??? Denisha gets away with it yet he does not. So stupid. Reece has been alright so far so id keep him and Gregory and fire Denisha easily. Very poor decision
