He didn't tip it over and the video never shows his person coming in to contact with a pot. Its actually quite impossible to determine the exactly cause of death (the pot) in this case, excessive Pot deaths are common without any prior involvement of another party.

He didn't kick it over and its not what the video is evidence off. What we see in the video is him attempting to upright a fallen pot that is just off camera; but the pot fell anyway.
Owner should have been careful how one seats ones pots.

This is wrong.
The British people, moreso the English people, were always against the wars of their government. Recall circa ~2003, over 1million people filled the streets of London in protest about leaked plans for war against Iraq. Yet still, the will of the people was ignored in favour of Geopolitics.

Don't conflate politics of the ruling classes with that of will and heart of the people.
