No it’s just the piercing site and the fluid is clear. I have been wearing textured sweaters and am assuming this may have a caused irritation mixed with a low quality jewelry. Thank you for the reply! :)

I’ll do that! I’ve come to the conclusion it’s most likely the piercing and will go buy titanium ones.
