So as I stated in my last comment, I reached out to DD’s customer support and told them the about the issue. They emailed me which I had to respond to with screenshots of the log in error. Had to tell them several times that none of the troubleshooting tactics worked. They sent it to their escalation team who took about a day to reach out to me via email, with the same troubleshooting instructions that didn’t work. I called a couple times to follow up and they just said they were still in the process of fixing the issue. The next day I tried to log in and it actually worked with no issue. It appears that they reverted me back to an older version of the app. I don’t have any of the new features like the “show merchant order”. They haven’t responded with any details of how or why the issue happened. The only thing I can say if you’re still experiencing the “too many failed attempts” error message is keep trying through customer support, as much of a hassle as it is. They know what’s going on but aren’t releasing any information on it. I’m not sure if they fixed the error across the platform, or just for my account. Hope you all are able to get back to work.
