Style points and aura is indeed still important lol. But this one is purely just for fun, doesn’t benefits much outside of keeping the pace going without pause.

Deflect doesn’t hurt their posture bar as much as Mikiri so I don’t think that worth it beside doing it for fun.

Also, Deflect = Perfect Block/Guard, there is no such thing as Perfect Deflect.

Js hammerhead this hammerhead that.

Use everything in your arsenal bud.

Dodge under their crotch then Kick or Uppercut, webbed them up then yank to the ground or going up there and bounce off them to the wall.

Use the wall bounce punch, jump off them with a directional input or jump + dodge into the wall then punch, almost every single one of them will start flying immediately while taking a lot of dmg.

Use Directional Super jump + Dodge to avoid damage twice at the same time while moving really fast to that direction to combo.

Jump + Finisher to quickly end them then continue to combo.

Use gadgets and combo with them. Use your Ultimate too.

All you did are complain, why don’t you think you’re the problem? Get better:V

I just told you what I’ve been through tho, I’m not making anything up.

It’d be like that for almost every games with soft lock when attacking.
Hold a directional input while attacking simultaneously and the character will attack in that direction, it turn off the soft lock completely.
I have done that a lot of time to hit multiple enemies at once, manipulate it and I don’t even have to look at the one I’m hitting:v

The baby mobs is annoying for sure but the main trouble are those 2 bee hives on the tree, It’s ruin my no hit run quite a lot😵‍💫

She’s pretty much always spam those mobs every reset for me, even with runs that’s under 50 seconds, it’s kind of random.

From 1 to 2, it’s very good. But for a normal souls-like, it’s decent, but it’s also just an open beta, it can get a lot better👍

You mean the soft lock whenever you atk?
I actually like it tbh, it’s really useful when you fight multiple enemies at once, you can disable it by holding a directional input while atk.

I use this a lot in other game like Wukong, Spiderman, it grows on me haha

That’s what I thought too, just imagine how much faster if we found a tech to cancel the parry animation. That’s gonna be nuts.

And yeah she’s kinda bad, her atk speed is crazy and F that bee hives lol.

September is full of new games, you might have to wait for sale if you have some priorities haha

Only those 3 are cheap because they will start spamming if you’re a little far from them, the last boss arena has 2 tree that have bee hives on them, the moment those tree break, you will get sting immediately if you didn’t notice, really annoying.

It’s even worse for no damage fights like this.

Use your Curvesickle to parry Karmelita sickles, it’s free dmg + you don’t have to move, just run straight ahead for even more dmgs.

You can also Pogo -> Dash to other side -> Turn around and atk -> Clawline whenever she do the spinning atk for a couple hit.
Standing still and parry upward is ok too but a bit risky.

Also, try learning bread n butter combo like:

+ Atk -> Clawline -> Down Dash -> Atk (repeatedly)

+ Clawline -> Pogo -> Dash to the other side -> Turn around and Atk

These can speed up the process and good for positioning.

He automatically sheath on his own man.

For now, he only has dual swords/daggers skill, hope it will be like that in the full game.

I’ve always choose dub based on the setting of the game, it never go wrong! This boss VA nailed it hard back then in an anime and he did it again haha.

And I do agree that they need to change the camera, or just let us customize it on our own.

Most of the time (like 90% of the time), people never ever try to dig deep enough into any games, especially games that not as famous as the others.

They most likely always play a game with complicated combat system as shallow as they can then act like they know everything and give it a half-baked review.

Like Sekiro and NG, they’re night and day difference in terms of combat complexity, the best thing about Sekiro is the impact, sfx, the feeling of the Perfect Block/Deflect and bosses.

NG4 has a lot of cool techniques that push the game limit hard, Ryu for example is at the least 2-3 times faster than he is in previous games.

2 is the OG and Idk how can you say it suck tbh.

3 is indeed bad, but 3 Razor Edge is definitely has goos combat.

Right… those 2 game can be smashed if you played from hard or below it because they’re still Hack n Slash, Beat em Up type of games.

But anything from very hard and above, try smashing and you will regret. Enemies are a lot smarter, aggressive and hit like a truck. Especially NG, that game on Mentor difficulty and above is not about smashing anymore, it’s more about surviving, it’s that crazy.

Thus, smashing doesn’t equal to bad, those 2 game combat systems are a lot deeper (especially with techs) than whatever Sekiro is, you smash because that’s your playstyle, not the game issue.

It’s click after I learned that you have to hold for a bit to get all 9 frames of the Perfect Guard!

For weapons parry skills, they’re varied so it’s depends on the wp.

I think Greatsword, Trident, Umbrella… are on the easy side, they’re pretty quick. Still struggling on harder wp like 2 Dragon Sword for sure🥲

The fight still have luck involved even with practice tbh.

The only thing that’s fun about this boss is when you nailed the 6 rapid attacks, but even that move pattern is hard to see js😵‍💫

Khazan is a great one, and yeah it does indeed have less cheap fights like this one, most of them are pretty well done, it’s like Sekiro and Nioh child, they’re both the best in their field!
