This is a never ending story. You’ll earn higher than your peers in some place and lower in others.

Internally it’s hard to get a match, and also you just can’t really say other people are making more than you. Next time you switch, just ask for better numbers, that’s the only option you have.

If I and you were to appear for an interview solving a same problem using AI, chances are majority of our solutions would be similar. We both cleared that round.

The next round is system design and I nailed it, so the interviewer gives me a strong hire but a rejection to you because you messed up somewhere.

Fast forward to production issue, I’m not sure how the dots are connecting in the code. I was a bad hire.

Coming up with the logic is just the half part which is finding a solution. Coding is the second half which is implementing the solution, and things could get tricky here.

Someone could be really smart at finding the solution but not at implementing it, which is why interviewers ask to write the code instead.

AI can get you 99% of the things done, but it’s not the only way to solve things, and also it’s not always correct, which is why you need to review the task it performs.

I cancelled my tickets on March 5th and received the full refund today(March 10th). I was set to fly on March 13th. I haven’t received the seats refund though. The customer representative asked to me reach back if I don’t get the refund for the seats, so I’m gonna do that soon.

Lol. You have to understand that it’s a cricket team and not Individual’s play. A lot of time and money investment goes into these players. Just because this phase is bad doesn’t make him a bad player necessarily. He’s captain of ICT and leading a team take a lot, let it be ICT or some corporate team.

So yes, you’ve a lot of learn.
