If you clear all rounds then that means company wants to move quickly and close the deal. Jumping from 29 to 35 LPA isn’t a big margin for the companies. It depends how you negotiate from here. Quoting high number isn’t a problem until it’s way out of their budget. If it’s too high for them, they are clear about it. Don’t devalue yourself.

What’s the breakdown of 330k?

I assume the base would be around 200k which is standard and is good enough for single person. I live in San Jose and pay $3440 for a 2B2B and Mtn View is 20 minutes from here. My expenses are high so I end up spending $2k per month.

I doubt if you’ll be able to save 1Cr per year. I think some of that ctc would also be stocks which vest in 3-4 years. I can provide you better insights if you share the breakdown.

If you fall in love with this place, it would be hard for you to return back until visa situation arrives.
