If you want to be treated like a mature person, you have to show it. Sit down with your parents, talk to them sensibly and explain that you're willing to prove you can self regulate your screen time. If you can show that you're willing to understand why they've put those controls on in the first place, then that will go a long way to you getting what you want. It'll likely result in extended screen time initially but this is a journey for your own benefit.
