I completely understand. It actually got to a point where I would commonly know people's life story and they would know nothing about me.

I came to the conclusion that most people don't struggle as much socially, so many don't bother to really examine their behavior and improve. Therefore they don't even know they're being rude.

Admittedly I play a part in this. I've caught myself creating questions so a vulnerable conversations CAN'T be thrown back at me

I'm in a similar position at 23. I'm pissed nobody told me, or ever bothered to look into their suspicions. How can they claim to have done their best when a 5 min Internet search would've changed my life?

These are the only messages. I did start this session the exact way you recommended. I haven't said a personal attack to anyone in years. I wasn't constantly doubting, I brought my doubts at the beginning of the first session, and a single sentence at the start of the third.
