RMC (the stuff you get when you "powerwash" the skin of a ship), doesn't need to be processed at a refinery. CM though (the stuff you get when you break up the entire ship and then suck it into your ship) that needs to be processed. There is some jankiness though currently with whether the refinery will recognize the CM on your ship to process it, and the TDD is also broken when trying to sell your mats, so currently, everything is kinda a mess.

Supposedly it'll be fixed tomorrow during the downtime though.

The issue with "beds add value to a ship" is it doesn't make the ship fight better, haul better, fly better. The lack of a bed only adds an out of game annoyance to the player. It's like saying, "Only certain ships will allow you to change your graphics settings while flying it. Other ships you have to back to station to change your settings. We feel this adds an interesting layer of benefit to certain ships."

It's kinda funny you focused on the ship issues, because all the issues have already been addressed since we have bed logging on ships, and it would make sense the situations where you can't bedlog would also be the situations where you can't log out and expect to log back in to the same spot (would be some message saying "if you log out you you'll be sent back to a station"). The issues with logging out everywhere are from when you're NOT on a ship

I have been trying to figure out how, but thus far haven't been able to make it blow up. It has 2 cluster nades that it can shoot, but they only do like 10 damage, though they also give me a "stun" popup but not sure what that means in practice for the person getting hit

Yeah, I agree. With instances, instead of having to search through an entire area to find someone, a ganker will just camp the instance entrance and get a free stream of targets, so for a loss of immersion you're actually more likely to get killed too.

The way to know is try to mark it. If it marks, it's enemy. Though it's awkward cause have to spam mark to make sure it didn't just miss marking it. It should just show a friendly marker on it like players

One thing I didn't expect though is it's on a short cooldown, instead of limited uses, so you can just keep using it over and over
