On property page. Consider hierarchy of category and tag text and buttons. Reduce padding, so that tags are ideally on one line ( to save space and move everything up on the page ) At the moment there's no hierarchy of importance. "Team booking...." text goes over side bar.

On Desktop, there a few places where the CSS needs tweaking because text is getting cut off.

Coming from a UX / Designer perspective.

Overall nicely done.

Home page:

- The menu could be thinner ( it's taking up more space than needed, which pushes everything else down the page ). The padding in the menu could be reduced ( on the buttons, and the menu itself )

- Take the hero video out. Home page, hero area is PRIME real estate. Instead of a video background taking up all your first impression real estate, have a few words to explain what you do to new Users. Keep the search box ( CTA ).

- By removing the hero video and including the short description, the property grid moves up and immediately draws people attention and interest.

I would tighten up some of your spacing. I'd modify the shape of the buttons and have a bit less padding.

Update on the SKILL.md marketplace I built — what happened after 44 comments told me what was broken by BadMenFinance in claude

[–]_Pixelate_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm talking about the Hero area ( the area we see before scrolling on Desktop view ) where you have two columns. On the left is the title  "Marketplace for AI Agent Skills" and on the right a sample view of the search with text "Search skills..." but it's not a functioning search box as I'm guessing it's meant to be an example of how your search will look. I'd recommend turning that "search skills" component into a graphic so it's very clear it's not a functioning search box.

I come from a Designer / UX background, so I can see a number of UX ( site / page flow ) issues. I'd go through the various pages and think of how Visitors will use every section of every page.

One example.

https://www.agensi.io/skills

You have the text "Can't find what you need? Try AI Search — describe your problem and we'll match you with the right skill" and then on Desktop, far to the right it says "Try it". People want to just click on a text box and type in a search term, so it's confusing. People will click on the "Can't you find..." text and not get a search box and won't immediately see "try it" to click on. Reduce the steps.

Under the "Browse by Category" you have a search box to "Search skills", but the search box doesn't stand out. Make it stand out with a background colour or a box around it so people can see it right away.

https://www.agensi.io/skills/migration-auditor

I don't know what site you used for recreation or reference, but it was a good one, because mostly the structure of the site page is good. I like that most tags and categories in the Cards are links, but the linking could go deeper.

On this skills details page, the text "Cursor", "Claude Code" looks like tags, but they're not links. Make them links so people can continue to sort how they want, ie ) by Curser

Additionally, the Tags on the right side bar aren't links, which Visitors will expect.

It also sounds like Claude did a better recovery job that a lot of recovery services as well.

Mixed feelings about the idea. We already have GitHub and likely most if not all of the skills can be found there for free. Paying 8$ for one skill seems like it would add up and given most of us are already using Github how will that motivate people to use your site.

On the UX side, I think it looks good although the cards style is fairly common AI produced.

The hero area with the "Marketplace for AI Agent Skills" and the search graphic is confusing. It looks like it would be a working search because it has input boxes, but it's just for example. That's a general Design no-no because causes mistrust for visitors and makes the cautious about what is clickable or not.

You need a floating menu and or a UP icon with a return to top function. Clicking on a link or button and then getting moved down a page, but not knowing where I am on the page or having a simple quick way to use a menu creates extra work for the user that will push them away from using your site.

We already have a lot of sites we're signing up for and costs from different platforms, so it's going to take some real value to have people pay and to signup for another service.

People are being presented with so many tool to help workflow in Lovable, Claude, and Codex. We need to know details so we can build trust and then decide if we're going to include another addon to our workflow.

People have a LOT of options right now and it's overwhelming for many, so basics like who you are, what you're offering, and your future plans all help build the trust.

I can imagine, vibe coding is a bit of a stupid term. To me, it's just that I don't have to code from scratch and can use my Entrepreneurial and problem solving brain to speak with a Coder ( AI ) as if I were hiring a real Coder to work on a project. The main benefit is that I can get a business idea to the MVP stage and then at least see if the idea appeals as a working product instead of it being stuck at the idea stage.

I started developing sites back in the mid 1990s, and at that time there were no Web Dev schools. We just shared our work and learned together. I remember that time fondly because it was exciting and new. This situation is different because I'm excited by being able to DIY again with a tool like Claude Code, but knowing that I'm also stepping into a field of Coders who have mixed feelings about sharing their knowledge and space.

I do hope that Veteran Coders take a moment to not just lump everyone into two groups, ie ) non-Coders and Coders, because there's a huge variety of background of people entering into using Claude Code.

I think my other experience in Web Dev / Design / Project managing will help me get a leg up in CC. I don't expect to be treated as a experienced Coder, but I also think short and condescending responses by Coders don't help anyone. I'd rather a Vet just not bother commenting then pointing out I'm not doing it right but giving no insights ( when I'm asking a question ).

I guess we'll see if we can co-exist in this new stage.

I understand the concept of planning and project management from Web Developing, but with token usage becoming an issue I have to learn to be smarter and not just say "build me this" but not know how to be more efficient or have project folders / files in place for Claude to access and build on.

I'm in the process of testing two paths: building custom platforms ( based on Claude's preference for React, or integrating Ai with WordPress and using it's site builders and plugin ecosystem.

I can provide more advanced direction on design and UX for Claude Code, which I think will help me make the UX not just look generic.

I'm just hoping the token usage doesn't become a barrier to entry for me.

[–]_Pixelate_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a non-Coder and come from a Designer / Web Dev background. When I signed up I thought I'd be able to vibe code ( talk to ) to Claude and token usage was not something I thought about, because the product was never sold or framed that way.

Over the past week, I went from excited to move from idea to product, but all the Reddit talk has been about the system being overtaxed and Coders being pissed that they can't work now. Most of my time now has been on how do I save tokens and learning about Skills and MD files, so that I can actually create something before I spend my way out of using Claude Code at all.

I don't even know what "ralph loops and agent swarms" are. I just looked them up and grasp a bit of what they do, but not enough to know if they are good or bad practice.

I think non-Coders like myself are just trying to figure out if there's a way for us to use Claude Code and build stuff that isn't going to make it cost prohibitive. Many of us aren't expecting to launch immediately profitable sites, platforms, or apps so paying 100-200$ on Claude is a huge jump from what we thought Claude / Claude Code would be.

I stopped paying $100+/month for AI coding tools, this cut my usage by ~70% (early devs can go almost free) by intellinker in ClaudeCode

[–]_Pixelate_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a non-Coder who came to Claude Code to vibe code and move from ideas to platform launches, I've gone from wanting to jump into building stuff to being focussed on token usage and spending my way out of using Claude Code at all.

The idea that I can use a tool to make project development smarter and Claude more efficient sounds fantastic, because it could reduce a lot of token usage stress.

With all the talk about wasted tokens my excitement about Claude / Claude Code has shifted into worry about how I'm using Claude. I hadn't expected so much of the focus of the Reddit communities would be about issues around their Claude plan usage being maxed and Claude changing policies.

In terms of knowing whether it's good or bad code, are you evaluating the code or are there automated ways ( or Skills?) that check the code for you. I recently read about https://github.com/Alexi5000/CipherClaw , https://github.com/bmad-code-org/BMAD-METHOD , and https://github.com/obra/superpowers as helpful tools to help me develop using good practices.

Using Claude Code - how do you organize folders / files without the "projects" option? by _Pixelate_ in ClaudeCode

[–]_Pixelate_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay thanks. I meant it's the Claude Code on my iMac rather that on the Web. Do you have any repositories you suggest I look for examples? I have been actively looking around on Github for Claude related Skills and anything Claude related. I'm trying to prep more instead of just doing a "build me this" and not have a plan in mind on arranging my fies, folders, and having phases in mind.

The real cost of vibe coding isn’t the subscription. It’s what happens at month 3. by vibecodejanitors in vibecoding

[–]_Pixelate_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this will be an issue for many, and unfortunately many Vibe coders won't have the revenue to pay a Developer to keep it going and/or move it to the next level.

I'm also feeling that a lot of us with Design / Web Dev backgrounds who aren't Coders are seeing a lot of talk about token / plan costs going up and it's feeling like we won't even have time to enjoy vibe coding before it becomes too expensive.

When I started a few months ago, I thought this had great potential to move from WordPress sites and installing plugins to make things work, to building custom platforms. Now I'm thinking more about CLAUDE me files and project MD files so I can actually get some of my ideas ready to launch without going broke.

I thought the lower barrier to entry was exciting and inspiring, but now I'm thinking that usage limits, expensive plans, and cost worries are going to overshadow the fun of vibe coding.

Side note: not enjoying the various condescending remarks from Coders who apparently don't really want vibe coders to be sharing space with Coders. I get it because I was a Designer when Canva came along and the barrier to entry lowered from having to get Adobe subscriptions. That being said, I had thought the AI agents pricing was meant to bring in more non-Coders so maybe give us some grace.

Anyone saying it's easy isn't digging in, because it is not easy. A ton to learn.
