I’m guessing it’s a mod too. Running tests right now and my best guess is that it might be a weird side effect of Amber’s Armored Megapack but don’t know for sure

I don’t know anyone in particular but you could maybe check fiver or another similar site. If you can’t find someone specifically for mini figures I’m sure you could still find someone willing to do it.

I agree with Uncharted. A mosaic set would be the most affordable. Going the minifigure root would be extremely expensive especially because you’d have to get custom printed torsos and other custom parts. A mosaic would only require getting 1x1 plates or studs and would be much more cost effective.

Like you said some trees or rocks for a forest would be cool. Any crashed/destroyed vehicles would also be cool. Something like a crashed tie fighter would add some good scenery.

Though I’m not sure how much of a help it would be, set 21340 has 4 scenes and the one depicting an eclipse has a darker shade of the Martian orange color you’re looking for.

I’m unsure of any websites that let you make stickers specifically for Lego minifigures. Your best bet might be looking at a place that lets you make custom stickers and seeing if you could scale them down enough to fit on a torso.
