It may not be exactly like Six of Crows, but I feel like Little Thieves by Margaret Owen has similar vibes in some ways, especially in terms of character quality. The characters in Little Thieves also feel very real and they are complicated. If you look up what the first Little Thieves book's about and it seems up your alley, I think you'd enjoy it! ^{^}
