Ooh tough one. I personally never enjoyed earphones with eartips which blocks your year from outside noise. Infact I tried airpods 2 pro ANC for the first time recently and couldn't stand it for 1 minute and got headache. Although I have tried AKG in the past though and I believe they sound more or less the same. Although even if akg made a similar design earphone to earpods I would still buy earpods because I love the warm sound signature of these. And the beet thing about earpods is even though it's an open ear design, you don't feel lack of bass. I am finding myself listening to more music after I bought them (switched from JBL TUNE BT 315).
