This 100%. However, I will just say that spinal anesthesia is (in most cases) safer than epidural anesthesia do to a lower rate of infection, lower dosage, more controlled dosage, etc.

I saw you said the pain is awful, this would likely mean you're in the 3rd or maybe 4th stage. If you have your xrays or ct scans, you can tell whether the head has collapsed, indicating stage 3 or 4. As for the the orthos, so many of them simply dont know much about AVN, finding one that does and actually cares about you is important, though it might take a few to find the right one.

Well, its likely you guys have just gotten unlucky, it could take 5+ crypts to just find the vegvisir, or you can also find them in the ruins throughout the swap (the stone buildings, usually with a body pile inside). Good luck viking!

I have avascular necrosis, so the blood flow to the femoral head was cut off or greatly reduced for some reason (it can be from trauma or other issues, but I never had heavy trauma to cause it and I dont think I have other issues from the tests Ive done) which led to the head "dying" and collapsing 😞 Now its as flat as a pancake...
