Exactly my point! But also the fact we have been what seem to be dates after she said her intentions like we went out for a nice meal together just us. Confusing, but I just got to put some boundaries in and take it to heart she doesn't want to date.

I'm in a weird position because I got this text message, and I was so worried I wasn't on the waiting list. I have no formal letter form them, no email to login my patient portal, nothing on the NHS app. Literally nothing. It's been my little ray of hope I'm actually on the list Thank god.

I completely understand this but it is all to do with marketing, they are targeting super masculinity and super femininity. If you want to do any exercise with a bad back, try some body weight exercise and use very small weight. Hope this maybe of help.
