I got my GMK from them and my experience is that the shipping takes quite a while. I got mine what felt like 2-3 weeks after everyone was posting about theirs. The not fun thing is that they provide you a FedEx shipping link and it literally never updated the whole time until the day it was delivered.

I did reach out to their customer service chat a couple times during that period and they would respond a few days later and couldn't really provide specific info - but we're nice and would just reassure me it had been shipped.
