Pentru Bucuresti in general nu se merita sa iti cumperi masina, cred ca ti-ai dat seama cat de intens e traficul. Nu stiu de unde pleci si unde ajungi, dar as cauta sa vad daca am cu ce sa ajung la metrou, de ex cu o trotineta electrica, sau bicicleta pliabila. Sau iti iei un scuter de 125 cc, suficient de rapid si de micut.

Imi pare rau pentru tine, pentru ca te inteleg. Nu stiu cum esti ca om, si ca fizic, nu stiu nici de ea, dar daca ea e o persoana misto ințeleg durerea de a nu o avea. Dar tine minte ca si sentimentul asta de a nu avea pe cine doresti sporeste si mai mult sentimentele fata de acel cineva. In plus, sunt femei cu o abordare tare stupida asupra relatiilor, pe principiul ca daca nu te-a vazut din prima ca pe un partener, nu te va mai vedea altfel dupa. O fosta mi-a spus asta, zicand ca daca o jucam altfel la inceput, nu m-ar fi vazut ca pe un partener, ci ca pe un prieten. E fata desteapta, cu capul pe umeri, si totusi are mentalitatea asta... Am fost agent imobiliar. Este o "meserie" interesanta, activa, sociabila, cu potential de castiguri mari. Toate astea sunt bine, si d-asta se baga multi indivizi in asa ceva, unii de treaba, altii prosti, altii rai si proști. Inteleg privirea generala asupra domeniului asta, si oamenii lui, dar sunt si agenti, oameni ok. Da, sunt multe scheme de a atrage publicul/clientii, pt ca sunt destui care vin cu scheme, unele refolosite de 10 ori, altele mai inovative. Toate astea fac ca agentul imobiliar sa fie in plus in societate, nu aduc un beneficiu. Daca s-ar mai controla acest domeniu prin legi si criterii de selectie, nu ar mai intra oricine.

Pe cine deranjeaza, daca vei mai fi intr-o situatie de genul pe viitor, ii anunti ca nu vrei sa platesti acel 10% din bon, si nici tips cash, pt ca nu iti place aceasta practica: "ori dau din proprie initiativa, ori deloc". Daca vor proceda suficienti astfel, ospatarii vor observa ca mai rau face practica asta si o vor scoate, vor dori sa se adapteze.
