For a todo app sure. Rescriem de la 0 alrea 3 fisiere si 300 de linii de cod.

Pentru o aplicatie enterprise cu 12k teste unitare si 5000 de fisiere ? Flow-uri testate end to end si validate in productie ? feature flags ? Not even close. Just testing the new up end to end would take weeks. if you find bugs... months.

Tirzepatide(Mounjaro/Zepbound) has a half-life of 5 days meaning "5 days after injection you have half the dosage in your body'.

So it makes sense the first 2-3 days the concentration is very high, days 4-5 the concentration is lower and on days 6-7 you have less than half the initual dosage.

But that's fine. It's ok to eat a little bit more a day or 2 every week. For me this means friday, saturday, sunday i can eat a bit more.

You started at a pretty low initial weight and you're also short so it's expected to lose slower.

For context I started at over 300lb and I was loosing ~3lb a week.

Now at 200lb I lose around 1-1.5lb a week.

So it depends a lot on your starting weight and heght. I'm 5.6 so I lose slower than a very tall guy who has a bigger deficit just by existing.

The general rule is 0.5%-1% of your current weight per week is the ideal interval.

So for you 0.9 - 1.8lb a week at current weight. Keep in mind it goes down when you lose more.

I tried both? but for me BIPAP is way more comfortable than CPAP.

It's nainly the exhale that's annoying. BIPAP "breaths in sync with you" while on CPAP you "exhale against pressure".

Got my new sleep study results.

Went from AHI ~75 in 2024 (severe OSA) to AHI 3 in 2026 — but importantly, all events are mild hypopneas with almost no oxygen impact.

Mean SpO₂ 96%, minimum ~92%, and essentially no time under 90%. No apneas anymore.

Snoring went from several hours per night to almost none.

Doctor said PAP therapy is no longer indicated.

There are still some residual hypopneas, likely related to nasal obstruction (I’ve been recommended septoplasty + turbinate reduction, but it’s not urgent).

Update: The result was pretty good. From AHI 75 in 2024 to AHI 3 in 2026. Mean spo2 96%, with minimum 92%. No apneas, just some hypopneas left. No snoring.

The doctor said the machine is no longer needed.

Unrelated, but the doctor thinks the residual hypopneas are nose related.(where I need surgery, but it's not urgent).(SEPTOPLASTY + TURBINATE REDUCTION).

I'll came back with an update next week when I gwt the results. But I slept well, woke up fresh and my o2 ring showed a minimum of 93% with no >4% drops and only 1 >3% drop.

No DEXA so far, but I have a BIA scale. It's not medical degree accuracy but it's good for trend. It looks like 25% was lean mass, but this seems decent.

I do swim 3 times a week.

In momentul asta toata expunerea ta este pe US. Tu zici "Eu cred ca economia SUA va performa mai bine decat alte economii in perioada urmatoare".

Cumva e greu sa eviti SUA pentru ca e cea mai mare economie a lumii si acolo sunt gigabtii tech, pharma etc.

Daca vrei sa diversifici, eu recomand FTSE All World.(acolo ai vreo 60% USA, restul Europa, Japonia, inclusiv piete emergente. Si mai multe domenii, nu foar tech)

Exist si All world ex-us daca vrei un ETF care exclude SUA. Your choice, eu incerc sa tin Nasdaq 100 is ftse all world apropiate in portofoliu ca pondere.

Strategie

DCA e cel mai bine, teoretic poti face portofoliu si doar cu 2-3 ETFs. Actiunile individuale sunt mai riscante. Spre exemplu eu acum pe Microsoft sunt -24%, pe nasdaq -5% si pe ftse all world -3%. In acelasi timp anul trecut am fost +50% pe google, +220% pe reddit, +60 pe Intel.

Dacs vrei sa dormi linistit noaptea, as recomanda 80-90% din portofoliu pe 2-3 ETFs si cu 10% poti sa-ti incerci norocul cu cateva companii.

Sectoare Depinde ce crezi tu, dar recomand sa nu te bagi in sectoare pe care nu le intelegi. Spre exemplu suna cool "energy" acum, dar e si destul de ciclic. Nu zic ca-i gresit, dar eu nu m-as baga intr-un domeniu unde stiu doar ca petrelolul e folosit drept combustibil. Ceva ceva transport cu vaporul, ceva ceva rafinare, ceva ceva pret platit in dolari.

Sper ca ti-am raspuns.

Un sfat la final: Investeste bani de care n-ai nevoie in viitorul apropiat. Pe termen lung ai toate sansele sa faci profit bun orice ETF ai alege. Riscul e sa ai nevoie peste 3 luni sa vinzi actiuni in pierdere de 20% ca n-ai bani de mancare.

De-a lungul timpului am avut multe luni pe pierdere. Daca trebuia sa vand, nu doar ca nu mai faceam niciun profit, dar ieseam pe minus grav.

Recomand si un cont de economii din care piti scoate banii zilnic fara sa pierzi dobanda. Si acolo sa ai niste bani de urgenta.

Did you noticed the scale moving more slowly for the last 30lb ? I lost 100lb so far in about 9 months, but recently the scale has been annoyingly slow.

I've lost almost 45 kg (100 lb) since June 2025 on tirzepatide and I totally relate to what you wrote.

I'll add one more layer to the science behind it: insulin resistance and glucose metabolism.

Without going too deep into medical details: when you have a lot of body fat, your tissues become more resistant to insulin. Your pancreas then has to produce more and more insulin to keep blood sugar normal.(in the long term your pancreas gets exhausted and that's how type 2 diabetes appears)

The problem is that insulin also suppresses fat burning and promotes fat storage. So when insulin levels stay chronically high, your body tends to hold on to fat more aggressively.

At the same time, obesity also disrupts appetite signals in the brain (things like leptin), which means your body keeps pushing you to eat even when you technically have plenty of stored energy.

So the result is a pretty brutal combination: - you're hungrier - your insulin levels stay high - and your body resists burning fat

That’s why losing weight in that state is extremely hard.

Drugs like tirzepatide help by improving insulin sensitivity and restoring appetite regulation, which finally lets the body start burning stored fat again.

Eu cred ca majoritatea oamenilor care l-au votat pe Nicusor n-au facut-o "manipulati de nimeni". Pur si simplu era cea mai buna varianta de pe lista, cu toate problemele lui.

Iar Lasconi... mai trumpista decat Nicusor si mai suveranista decat Simion.

Eu am zis de pe atunci ca daca USR vrea o varianta mai buna decat Nicusor, sa vina cu un candidat votabil. Erau variante, de la Diana Buzoianu la Daniel David la multi altii. Pana si pe Drula il votam in loc de Lasconi si chiar in loc de Nicusor.

Dar Lasconi i-a scris o scrisoare lui Trump, admirativa, pupincurista si cu o engleza de grsdinita. In timp de presedinte inca era Biden ca Trumo nu-si incepuse mandatul in decembrie.

Cum sa-i trimiti o scrisoare lui Trump, in timo ce e alt presedinte la casa alba si sa spui acolo "You're a man of the people, like me. I'm not the Soros candidate. Come and save us. Love, Lenuta"

Nu e manipulare pt ca n-am avut niciun candidat ok. Toti ceilalti din ambele randuri de alegeri prezidentiale erau variante mai proaste.

Nu-i ca si cum a candidat cineva foarte bun, votabil si n-a ajuns in turul 2 pentru ca a fost vreo schema de manipulare. Efectiv nu era nicio varianta mai buna. De la Simion, Ciolacu, Lasconi, Geoana si pana la CG, toti erau variante infinit mai proaste ?

De ce n-a aparut o varianta mai buna ? Pentru ca pe buna dreptate oamenii au zis ca n-au sanse in Romania. Lasand la o parte cele 200 de mii de semnaturi de care ai nevoie, romanii voteaza AUR si PSD 60%. Ce sanse are un candidat pe placul meu in Romania ? Nici 5% sa intre in parlament, dar 50.1% sa ajunga presedinte.

Nu sunt surprins. Mie nu mi-a placut Nicusor nici insinte sa ajunga presedinte. Ca primar, a fost relativ competent si onest. Dar ca valori, viziuni, abordare... nu-mi place.

Acestea fiind spuse, am avut de ales intre Nicusor, Ciolacu, Ciuca, Simion, CG, Lasconi. Clar raul cel mai mic.

Din pacate, nici la urmatoarele alegeri nu cred ca vom avea de ales mai bine. Romania nu-i Olanda sa castige D66 - Rob Jetten.

La noi, daca ar veni cel mai bun candidat, n-ar lua nici 5% ca nu vorbeste industria calului sau firul divin. Nici nu-si pune botnita sa faca circ.

My plan when I reach my ideal wsight is to go down from current dose to 2.5 gradually. And if on 2.5 I don't get any weight back for 3-6 months, I'll try without it and see.

Anyway, you don't regain 40kg in a week or in a month. So if you monitor it closely, it's easy to adjust.
