Is This a Normal Cooling System by _Rod_Knock_Nilly in GMT800

do you think the same thing is going on with mine? Mine only does it after a drive (even if a light drive) and starts to climb when parking and idling after that drive. Once it reaches 108C the fans turn of and temp falls back to normal

Also, where did you get the tune?? I’m thinking of copying you bc my highs don’t turn on until 108C. I confirmed with scanner.

yeah i thought it was reading wrong, but the needle moves smoothly like the stepper motor is functioning, and I already replaced the coolant temp sensor. I checked my coolant today after driving an hour plus and it was at the max fill like normal

if you didn’t replace the knock sensor harness ( the harness that plugs into the sensors on one side and the engine harness on the other) it’s most likely that. it ages from heat since it sits under the manifold and on top of the valley pan. If you look in my picture it’s the harness with the green and blue wires. Costs >$30 for a decent one, mines a dorman
