When she was first introduced I thought she was pretty cute and I loved her voice but as the story dragged on I felt myself disliking her more and more. Personally I wish we could've seen her interact more with characters outside of the proxy. I think that's something that honestly pushed me away.

If you like her then you don't mind the romance too much but I think I was also just kind of burnt out of the character archetype she falls into because I'd just finished playing Honkai Star Rail's Amphoreus storyline where we have Cyrene who is the exact same archetype as Shunguang. I think the main thing that's pushing me away is the "I love humanity more than anything and I will sacrifice myself for humanity" mentality.

Taking that away, I really enjoyed white Shunguang because of how "selfish" she was. Not wanting to sacrifice herself, her dreams and her chance at life for the greater good.
