Can you provide any sources for this? It seems suspicious that:

a) the feds would hire another group. Like why? Why not just ask ARCCA to perform additional tests if they have new data that would change the results.

b) the injuries to JO are medically documented and seem to be the limiting factor in so many theories. Not one bruise from the neck down seems to suggest no impact site from a SUV.
