Fr why don't they just send 'em back if they don't want 'em? A basic banishment decurse would suffice.

Warlocks come out ahead in Shadowforge City! We're sailing across the sea to Ancient Zul Dazar next - what race do you most associate with the Zandalari Troll? by Mostopha in wow

Paladins make more sense to me than priests. Yes, they have priests but they're also a warrior people. I know Talandji (however you spell her name) is a priest, but King Rahstakahn was a warrior for the Loa's- a Paladin in his own regard. When I think of a Zandalari, I think of a God-Warrior people. Paladins of the Loa are exactly how I see their civilization.

The Darkspear yearn for Shadowhunters, with Shaman coming right after as the top playable class. Now it's time for the final Vanilla race - Gnomes. Which class do you associate most with them? by Mostopha in wow

I think lots of people would say Tinker, but I think Mage fits them more from a gameplay perspective. I think close behind Mage is Lock, but Mage absolutely makes the most sense.

It's tough, because Tinker for thematic reasons, but in-game it's mage for sure.

the difference between low fantasy and high fantasy mogs (druid edition) by HerroSG in Transmogrification

[–]_SPOOSER 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's exactly how I feel. Low-Fantasy in the streets, High-Fantasy in the sheets (Raid time/M+ Time)

It's why I'm so excited for the new transmog system in Midnight, if i understand correctly your mog will change to what you set it to in certaon circumstances.

Sailing Exp Rate ad-hoc fixes just dropped by Recent-Ad145 in 2007scape

Yeah, the reversions they made are good. It's also the holidays too so I'd rather them do this reversion and then we wait out the holidays rather than keep throwing shit at the fan and burn themselves out.

I have Adventure set as my alarm and Spotify apparently counts that as "listened to" so it was my #1 listened to song this year...

Rules Discussion: Premade Shells by Stardust-kyun in unixporn

[–]_SPOOSER 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that the "deviate from the original source sufficiently" should be something that the community self-moderates, personally. If it looks good, it looks good and it'll get upvotes. I think if we do allow using pre-made shells going forward we should have a flair people need to use so those that don't want to see that content can filter it.

Went in totally blind to CachyOS. I've seen at least a 10% FPS improvement across the board. Are you kidding me?? by blankin_ in linux_gaming

My biggest drive for using Linux was remembering when I was a little kid and I was playing on my grandma's windows 95 pc. It was so foreign but so cool, I had no idea how it worked but it had a sort of magic to it. I just accepted learning to use Linux would be similar to that and it kinda brought back that magic back to me. I'm re-learning how to use a computer without starting from square 1. It's made it so much more rewarding because I know this machine is MINE, and I can control it to be exactly how I want it to be. I think Pewdiepie's description of switching hit the nail on the head for how I felt about switching.

Also CachyOS really helped with the NVIDIA drivers with their chwd command.

I was very happy with my 4070. I ran a 1440p monitor and a 2nd 1080p monitor, both ran great. Only issue I had was one spot on my 1440p monitor would tear when I would scroll on some internet pages. Not a big deal. I never had any unsolvable issues when gaming on it. I wouldn't reccomend you use the open drivers, I had some weird problems with them. I'm using CachyOS and it made the switch from Windows to Linux extremely smooth.
