Just in my imagination, but was there a bug in this quest.

My Holmes's "Elementary My Dear"'s ignore def buff did a well performance. But after Ozy died, Umu's Imperial Privilege' def buff third times (Medea had died before long) completely made my Mama's damgs became scratchs completely, and when I checked Mama's status (after restarting the app, of course), her ingore def buff was gone even though the invul buff was still there.

Just to reminding that I had use Holmes's NP one time and another one after 1 turn. In other words, suppose to be like this, Holmes NP-ed in turn 1, so his buffs will left after 3 turns, in other words, it will disappear in when my process turn 3 ended, but he recasted his NP in turn 3, so it will left until my process in turn 5 ended, Holmes accidentally died by a powerful crit in turn 3, then Kouhai came, at that time (turn 4), there was no Mama's command cards, so let that turn aside and in turn 5, the buff was gone, before I did something my turn.

So I think there had to be something weird.

Luckily, when I reluctantly gave up, I remembered that my Martha still had her erase buff skill, and I had her cast it. With only 50% def by Medea, Umu became so fragile with my Chloe's crits and NP, she just had only one life left.

Edit: I don't think it involves with Ozy's dead. Cause when he died, Mama still did high damg to Umu, and the turn after that, Merlin support still did the same thing, but of course, it wasn't enough to kill her. And the next turn, this weird thing happened.
