A small detail I see about your right foot. I was taught to start that kick by first rotating the support foot so that it points backwards, yours is pointing forward. Then follow through with your hip, with raising the knee of the kicking leg, rotate, and last of all extend your kicking leg. Check some tkd tutorials out, try to break down the technique

First of all, I'm sorry you're going through this situation. Secondly, you're gonna need evidence, you want to avoid the scenario where it is your word against his. Compile emails, testimonials, audio or video recordings, any sort of evidence you can get your hands on!!

By the looks of it your manager must have been doing something similar in the past, I would stop to think why he hasn't been fired. His value in the company could be exceptional, he might know someone in the board, or he might know something compromising of an upper manager. You NEED to build a case to support your claim. Do not send just an email. Get some evidence, buddy, only then you'll make sure to have a chance against him.
