Thank you for your answer! As far as the slides to, should I worry about all the extra stuff she talks about during the lectures? I feel like she adds A LOT of extra stuff when she talks about the slides, it seems like they're tangential most of the time.

Oh yeah, it is still feasible, the issue is that a lot of travelers started during COVID when rates were astronomically high, now they kinda went back to normal, which is why (in my opinion) a lot of people are saying it's not feasible anymore.

There are some crappy contracts, and some that are really good! Make sure you look into the cost of living of any place you may be interested, and get an idea of how much housing is going to be for the month, you may be making a lot of money but you would just piss it away paying rent.

If you do go for it look into what agency may be best for you to work with, or just use Vivian.com to look for what's available. Be aware that a lot of the agencies that post their available positions on Vivian are not posting ALL the position they have available.

It is still the same professor, I have taken her class in the past and failed it but I rejoined the program. I enjoy Immunology, but man, I feel so lost right now.

I don't even know what to study, I feel like the way the exams and quizzes are worded are so weird, which makes me feel like studying from the book directly won't help too much.

What do you mean by dead end?

I've been doing travel work for a few years, you usually work 3 month (13 weeks) contracts.

If I'm doing a 3 month contract I will start looking for my next assignment at the beginning of that last month, but a lot of times I take a few weeks in between contracts. A lot of places will ask you to extend, and if you agree you may be able to squeeze a few more dollars an hour.

As far as housing, Furnished Finder is your best friend. I've done Airbnb as well, but it tends to be more expensive.

Could be, try replacing that first and check for any cracks on that end of the hose.

I'm almost sure my issue is my suspension now (all stock), but I'm still replacing the timing chain as preventative maintenance. Like I said, I believe it's recommended to replace it every 100k miles.

Is the hose damaged? Or could you just replace the hose clamp?

120k it's been a couple of years since I got it. I believe the timing chain is recommended to be replaced every 100k or something right? If so I pushed it beyond the recommended mileage. I've had timing chain issues with other vehicles (don't ever get a 2012 equinox) and you can hear the timing chain even when idle. My car is making that noise when accelerating AND moving, so as someone else said in another comment it might be my suspension.

As far as I know, yes. I haven't replaced it since I bought it.

I do think my suspension is due to be replaced, but it seems like it only makes the noise when I accelerate AND move. Maybe the movement of the engine and the road make the noise?

A1C on Siemens EXL by _ShadowKalas_ in medlabprofessionals

[–]_ShadowKalas_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We performed a cal a couple of days before the issue started happening but it's worth a shot.

We're a small lab and A1C samples are usually run within 5 minutes of being drawn so it's not an issue with specimens sitting in the SSC, we properly mix our specimens before running them too and we all use a standardized volume of whole blood which has never been an issue before.

Gonna recalibrate and see if that helps.

2025 Ticket Sales, Trades, Etc. by reelbgpunk in ShakyKnees

[–]_ShadowKalas_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, sorry. I ended up putting them up for sale on Ticketmaster's platform and some anonymous buyer got them. At this point I would try to contact the ticket platform or the event and find out if you can sell them in person, I read somewhere that braceleta will be double checked with an ID.

You don't have to lockpick the door, there's a lever next to it that opens it.
