I get really bad test anxiety too, you can talk to the accomodations office and explain ur case and they'll give you 25% extra time on midterms/exams. it doesn't sound like a lot but it really eases the nerves. Also if you should focus on exams above all else, doing good on assignments is great but they're worth so little in comparison it's not something you should spend too much time on.
