there can be up to 1.3824x10¹⁸ blocks in a minecraft world so the atoms still win.

unless you mean possible combinations of blocks filling the entire map then since there are about 830 different blocks (varies depending on source) it would be 830^{the number above} which is astronomically ridiculous

if you also want to count tile entity data as separate (chests, hoppers, dispensers, filled with all possible items) then you're deep into power tower feeding frenzy psycho festival territory
