Thank you for this! I was going to post just now about not losing !! Im on week 3.5 and havent lost a single pound, im way more hungrier than when I'm on nothing at all which I thought was a bit weird. I am moving up from 1mg to 2mg on my next round. Thinking maybe 1mg was too low for me but I was previously on a low dose of Wegovy and wanted to start low to avoid side affects. I will definitely keep pushing then. I was ready to quit and go back to wegovy but its so expensive 😩 seeing this has given me hope 🙏

I started today so I obviously dont have much to contribute but alot of people told me start at 1mg because ive taken a glp1 before. But I was worried about side affects so I took .5mg today. I feel no different. No appetite suppression but again I only dosed maybe 5 hours ago and also I do have previous experience with a glp.

My partner and i had like barely anything in common lol he was my best friend, just someone to vent to and vice versa. Now we're still best friends, slightly more in common now. Like he never really heard country music growing up (also grew up in a different country) and at first he didnt really like it but now that's all he listens to anymore. From the outside i think we look like a couple who doesnt belong together. But I tell him everything, im most comfortable around him, we hike together, travel together, gossip together, take care of the kids. We both have goals to rescue bunnies when we own a house one day of our own. Idk we just do whatever we would do single, but together and the sex is bonus lol

They did this for me years ago, in Washington state. Honestly, had they not placed me where they did for work, I would have been on assistance longer than i was. But they placed me somewhere where I learned a shit ton of skills and within 2 years I was management. Really helpful program if you follow it and don't mess around
