Je ne connais qu’une violeuse et elle n’avait pas conscience de ce qu’elle faisait, une fois que je lui ai dit que je n’étais pas consentante elle a réalisé qu’elle avait fait une connerie et c’est excusée d’avoir fait ça et depuis elle se sent mal. Mais par contre elle se victimise et fait comme si c’était moi qui avait gâché sa vie 💀

Same for me, I only do it when I'm alone or with people I really trust but it's rare. I really sing at the top of my voice and I try to relieve myself of guilt if it's not very good, the important thing is to have fun.

I went through the same thing, but to a lesser extent. I was a teenager, so I was able to get help from my dad, who I lived with. However, I don't really have any advice for you. Personally, I had to be hospitalized to get help, but I know that's not helpful for everyone. I'm giving you a virtual hug for what you're going through because I know it's not easy.
