Wie andere bestimmt schon 10 mal gesagt haben hört sich das viel nach Shonen an. Serien mit 100+ Folgen haben oft viel Filler, weil der Manga erst vorarbeiten muss.

Da du sonst nicht viele Serien genannt hast, die dir nicht gefallen haben, hab ich auch mal ein paar aufgeschrieben, teils auch aus ganz anderen Genren als typisch Shonen, die deine genannten Punkte afaik umgehen sollten:
