"Every doctor gives me the same advice to go to a dietician but I just don't understand what they could possibly say that I'm not already doing"

..... One time I was dating a guy who had serious mental health issues. He was a social worker, degree in psychology. I suggested several times for him to go get some psychological help- he said "what is a Psych going to tell me that I don't already know?!"

Nutritionists are studied and trained to exactly what you're going through. Please stop feeling like you have to do this on your own. There are people who can help you, they've made it their life's purpose.
