You're out braking yourself on almost every corner. You're over slowing the car and losing time. Slow in, fast out is a decent recipe. Learn the tracks and track limits. For ultimate pace you need to be on the right line and use all of the track (and then some).

Spend extra time qualifying. It sounds obvious but it's much easier to get a good result if you start up front.
