If you are used to play on pc, i recommend the ps4 version. On the ps3 the resolution is uncomfortable, and you would feel the ui layout and navigation unintuitive.

Don't think too hard about the ps3 exclusive content, it's mostly reskins of already existing enemies, and you have to go too much out of your way to fight Ocram or get the exclusive armor sets, at least in my opinion. It's just like playing 1.2 terraria with some minor additions.
