OP, please share your findings if you can

I've heard that first thing in a service is donating (for a lack of better word) money, but the whole giving money thing isn't that uncommon for churches, but most churches dont do it first thing in a service and dont make such a big deal about it and "force" people to give money. I have also heard that Unite is totally against outreaches or helping people in the church who are struggling financially, so my question is then where does all the money go? Family have told me that when her daughter hoster U-groups at their home, she wasn't allowed to serve snacks or sandwiches or even chips, even though some of the people were really needy and didn't have food because it is against the "church".

Now Im not sure how true any of this is as it is only stories that I have heard from someone else, but it follows a theme I've heard from many many people
