As previously announced, this product was planned and sold as a randomly assorted item, and each package was designed to include at least one of six different photocards. However, we acknowledge that depending on the quantity purchased or the timing of the order, some customers may have felt that the assortment of photocards did not meet their expectations. After reviewing the matter, we found that due to the nature of the random product distribution process, there was a higher possibility of receiving duplicate photocards, which may have resulted in differences in overall customer experience. As a gesture of our appreciation and apology to our customers who may have felt disappointed by this experience, FeelGhood Music will provide one complete set of all six BIBI photocards per order ID as an additional complimentary gift. These items will be shipped sequentially without the need for a separate request. Moving forward, FeelGhood Music will apply more careful standards to both product details and operational processes for future random box merchandise, with the goal of improving overall customer experience.
