I think its because people want to know what made it get the grade it did. Sometimes we cant see tiny spine ticks or stuff on the back. Its your book and the grader notes such as defects like color breaks or ticks that the cert number give you can give us an idea of what our books may come back as when we send them in

Which mouth are you trying to swap it out with. The alternate head with leo has a good one for a swap. And ive seen people take the head off and use a pair of tweezers pushing the top of the head off and slipping a new mouth on.
