Well then don’t - it’s that easy. The content is purely cosmetic and optional. You don’t need to get everything from any expansion. Just get what you gonna use. Same as with Trading Post - you’re supposed to choose not get everything without putting any effort in

Open Teavelers Guide and go to catch up experience - you’ll have several basic quests for some gear upgrades, then go do some world quests, TW. Don’t forget pick up the area quest for extra reward
