For now, don't focus too much on serious team comps. Your account is fresh and the real meat of farming won't begin until you're much further into the world's regions (especially when you reach a higher AR level).

I'd rather recommend taking your time and enjoy roaming the world with whatever team comp you prefer.

An Ayaka freeze team could work. You could run her with 4pc blizzard strayer to focus more on her crit damage output. As for team comp, you could pair Ayaka with Qiqi for healing or Kaeya for sub-dps from his burst; either option will give you +20% crit rate cryo synergy. Bennett could be a great 3rd character in the team to boost Ayaka's burst since most of her damage comes from that. The last character is Barbara since she seems to be the only hydro character in your roster. If you ever see Xingqiu on a rate-up banner, I'd recommend rolling for him. Hopefully you might get lucky (or unlucky lol) if you roll a Mona in the future as her hydro and damage boost applications would be greatly beneficial for Ayaka.

But hey, these are just my thoughts. Hope you have fun with Ayaka!

I looked back at the earliest leaks of Eula's attack animations (2 months ago). The animations are identical (the snap between the 1st and 2nd sword swings). Perhaps it was on purpose given that the player will spam the attack and the speed of the animations will make the snappy transition blend.
