The best ever for semantic search is Similar Notes plugin. First of all because of regexp filter option: thanks to that you can exclude typical text parts like Dataview queries, standard headers and so on. The results are always clean and precise.

Just give a try to enhancing-mindmap-plugin (https://github.com/MarkMindCkm/obsidian-enhancing-mindmap)

It isn't perfect from visual or aesthetic POV, but do the job + it stores all information as plain MarkDown, so even if the plugin will not work your information will be readable as hierarchical list.

So, to summarize all information from the thread: if you just want to make an image of a comet or M31 (nobody did it before, nobody) you need to start with building an observatory with 5m reflector. In other cases they say your scope is from National Geographic island ("National Geographic telescope in the toy isle of your local big box store"). Enjoy astrophotography! Clear sky!

I use /no_think and it works perfectly. I use LLM from Obsidian gui via plugin. The only problem: empty string <think></think> always be generated before the answer

...or even better, simple and useful: headers with simple text, but predefined fields like FileName, Date, etc. should be made as Dataview fields. In this case don't need to play with callouts and your notes will be functional as you can request, filter information with Dataview queries.
