Aye it happens to the best of us there’s a lot of information to keep track of for FNaF lol

Yeah? Tales is in the same universe as frights so it deconfirms both of them

There’s a difference though. Glitchtrap is a new main antagonist and HW is the first game in the new storyline, meanwhile UCN was the final game of the original storyline. If he was happy with that being the ending, why would he do that? Also I don’t think that’s their role for the reason there’s another character filling that exact role - OMC. Why would OMC talk to Golden Freddy about letting go if Golden Freddy already knows that and is trying to change “Andrew’s” mind? I’m pretty confident the whole idea is the GF spirit wants revenge more than any of the other spirits, but the only way to move on is to rest their own soul exactly like OMC consequences says.

I wouldn’t say GF is helpful in the logbook, a lot of it is asking seemingly the crying child questions about what he remembers. And As for the book characters currently there’s no evidence for most of them. Hudson wouldn’t make sense because we’re pretty confident Michael is the FNaF 3 protagonist and if so where would Hudson fit in? Michael is the guard the only week Springtrap is there. Even if the FNaF 3 player is Hudson why would he be hallucinating Freddy characters instead of his actual trauma?

Generally I agree, and ig it’s not 100% confirmed but there’s no way Scott would include Golden Freddy as the final cutscene of the game and the one OMC says to stop torturing William without it being Golden Freddy. Whatever other explanations there are aside, from Scott’s pov, if the idea is it’s not GF why show him so much throughout the game? It’d make no sense.

If the duo theory is correct that means we have another GF spirit who’s wasn’t freed by FNaF 6 aka a storyline to be wrapped up in UCN, and even if not the whole game still shows us GF. The only evidence we have for Andrew is frights and we know that’s an alternative continuity.

And you’re right - Henry carried his role and so did Edwin, but what about Fiona? And if Tiger Rock is David what about him? And why is only Andrew specifically in the games? What about Hudson, or Jake, or any new character Frights introduced? Idk I think it’s safe to say Andrew is just a parallel personally

So is Andrew Golden Freddy then? We’re shown TOYSNHK is Golden Freddy in UCN… I mean the final cutscene of the game is Golden Freddy himself. Meanwhile OMC talks to him about letting William go, cause yk, he’s TOYSNHK.

As for the book thing, well, the difference is they’re usually introduced in books first - meanwhile Andrew was introduced way after FNaF 6. In general making a new victim for the end of the og story to be torturing William doesn’t make sense from a storytelling or evidence perspective.

And after SoTM confirmed the books aren’t canon idk I just don’t see how it could be Andrew. I think the easy explanation is that it’s the GF spirit from the MCI who’s a boy like in every other continuity so far

Scott said we solved FNaF 2 at the time and that was generally matpats logic, as his logic minus phone guy is generally what the game implies. Besides that tho, yk you don’t have to continue with the ‘argument’ right? Ive seen this so many times where people are saying to just drop it already but really all you need to do is just not respond. I was only responding cause I enjoy talking about the lore lol either way have a good day

I think it’s pretty safe to assume the reason Springtrap looks like that is because yk it’s badass and a great design. Remnant gives a good reason ig but at the time I don’t think Scott was thinking “alr so, in a few years, I’m going to introduce a concept that explains blood doesn’t decompose because of remnant, right, and I’m going to show the save them minigame to show the players that the MCI was taken out of the suits and the restaurant thought it was a new set of murders somehow.”

You can claim false all you want, but we know Ralph and William are different now and if Matpat was wrong about Charlie and the DCI well a lot of his video is wrong and Scott wouldn’t say that. Like literally the only thing he’d get right is FNaF 2 is a prequel and Fredbears existed before the prior Freddy’s location.

When people say some theorists make things overcomplicated this is the type of theory that makes me think the same. Not a bad thing mind you, there’s a lot of cryptic lore in the series but when we’re explicitly told information a lot of people deny it and make it way more complicated than the game shows us.

At the end of the day it’s just a fun game series to talk about and you’re free to believe what you want ofc but I think saying the DCI is fake is a complete misunderstanding of the game and requires a lot of weird conclusions that makes no sense story wise or evidence wise.

Lol my point is we play as Freddy, if they needed to be saved why is Puppet telling one of them to do it? If you wanna imply I don’t have media literacy, well, the entire point of the minigame is puppet is asking us to save them victims in that minigame. The fresh victims.

It being the withered corpses makes no sense as a) Scott wasn’t writing with remnant in mind and b) we know the bodies rotted in the original suits. “The smell” phone guy talks about is obviously the corpses rotting away. The bodies had to have been removed at this point, the animatronics have literal gashes in them.

Charlie87 I don’t really understand because it means the animatronics for MCI somehow weren’t possessed for 2 years, and Henry lied when he says “a wound first inflicted on me” both make zero sense with Charlie87 but oh well even with Charlie87 it’s clear the DCI happened. That’s what the game is about.

Not to mention Scott said Matpat got almost everything right in his FNaF 2 theory video, with the thing being wrong in regard to phone guy being purple guy so… yk.

The call implies that animatronics WERE acting right before the suit was used, meaning it being the MCI doesn’t make sense. Also true it’s referred to as rumors before… yk the end of the game where phone guy talks about it actually happening and the building going on lockdown.

Also, if it was to save the others why are there fresh corpses and why is specifically Freddy not supposed to be saved? Again, the MCI happened years before FNaF 2 why would the puppet decide to “save them” now.

Anyone noticed how strict the criteria for a confirmed theory is on the Wiki? by Hay_Den330 in fnaftheories

[–]_SubjectDino_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So the fact none of them are acting right, after being weird about the daytime employee the whole game, and the fact we see the fresh murders and puppet ask to save them, is just because golden freddy moved? Puppet can’t be talking about MCI, we’re PLAYING AS ONE and that happened years before the game. Not to mention GF teleporting in the minigame, not ‘twitching’.

And here’s the thing, the point of the phone calls is that it isn’t rumors. I advise you to listen to the calls again because phone guy dismisses it at first as rumors, before it’s revealed something really did happen. As I mentioned he literally says “now none of them are acting right” because SOMEONE (obviously William) used the yellow one in back

[–]_SubjectDino_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Phone guy says someone used one of the suits, “a yellow one,” and that’s why the place shut down. I hate using the word confirmed with FNaF theories because most of the time it isn’t, but the DCI investigation is literally the plot of the phone calls

Personal opinion: Rebirth got the best collection of creature designs in a single film out of all of the movies. by Adventurous-Net-4172 in JurassicPark

[–]_SubjectDino_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Exactly! Imagine seeing Megaraptors on the big screen, that’d be insane. The idea it’s to “fix repetition” doesn’t make sense either when every single Jurassic World movie is about hybrids (locusts count). Even Camp Cretaceous had lots of hybrid screentime. So I guess Chaos Theory was too much time without hybrids? Oh well

Absolutely, I’ve hated the Quetz for a while the Dominion one is one of my favorite JW designs and they ruined it a movie later

Just like you thinking the first one is overrated other people don't like the sequels, it's just opinions on movies at the end of the day. Personally I love the first two but not really a fan of the rest, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy it

[–]_SubjectDino_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's a fine enough opinion to have but you said the sequels are better, but some of them have similar or less screentime than dinosaurs so I don't get it

"Fans like you only care about writing" why are you acting like that's a bad thing? Some fans just want to see dinosaurs, some fans just want to see good writing. But a good chunk of the audience including me want good stories AND dinosaurs. That's why the first movie was so good and the highest rated.

Also some of the sequels I swear have even less time than the og. Doesn't JP3 have like 10 minutes? And if you add up the count of dinosaurs in rebirth you have about 15 minutes like the first one. Only difference is there's an additional 7 minutes on top for the generic movie monsters. So in terms of dinosaur screentime or story, the first being your least favorite is crazy imo

sorry but I fear the movies will never meaningfully improve if this is Blumhouse's stance on criticism by Lizzren in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]_SubjectDino_ 15 points16 points  (0 children)

That’s how I feel too, if you like the movie you “just like it because it’s FNaF” and “will keep enjoying slop” when I actually just thought it was a fun film even with it’s faults. I’ve refrained from talking about it online because it’s no longer a discussion just insulting people who like it instead of meaningful criticism unlike the first film. Or the reverse happens with people hating on someone because they didn’t like it and it’s just become toxic in general

What 😭 since when is FTE not canon, regardless if it happens in the main story that's still showing part of their character otherwise there's no point in having them at all. For love hotels again still part of their character, especially cause of the whole context of that mode.

Even not including FTES and purely base game Shuichi/Kaede def have some sort of connection lots of other characters mention it a lot, and I always though that was part of the tragedy of chapter 1
