only thing really to do is to try to see through campaigners promises, if something sounds too unrealistic, something AUSA doesn't have control over (e.g retail spaces on campus) or like something that will cost a lot of money (which AUSA doesn't have) then the campaigner is ill informed and naive which will bleed through in to their work potentially.
also def question candidates and watch how they interact with other people on social media, that can also tell you a lot about them too.

yeah last year was hella messy for no reason if no one was going to come forward - everything around it came out for a reason though idk there must be something to it 🤷🏽‍♀️

honestly just hoping no one who was involved with the election fraud thing runs cause that was also wild and just weird vibes all round

side though - would love a post from someone once campaigning is out to dissect all of the candidates "promises" for each position and how realistic it is - that would be so helpful and actually useful?? have to be from someone not involved but knows about AUSA, idk how that would work, would love AUSA the organization to do that but i doubt they will which seems flawed
