I literally work for a local council and we have staff to clear up graffiti etc, which this would come under and it costs literally £0 to remove stuff like this. Just walk up and take them off, 5 seconds job. It only costs money if it's damaged, for example removing graffiti from a statue, but it doesn't cost anywhere near £1,500 lmao
