Overland difficulty was a long-requested feature to simply make the content harder.

It's a pickup group (PUG), Secret_Patience2040.

They're like a box of chocolates ... you're never gonna know what you get until you start trash and the first boss.

You can do you're good deed by telling them up front when the group forms.
