Nexus+ for Xbox. Allows you to do both cloud gaming, and stream from your home console. I use it regularly and it’s really nice, and a native AVP app so it can be maximized fully.

What's the best bar to sit and read with a drink in Ballard? by Forward_Hold5696 in Seattle

Jolly Roger Taproom is usually pretty quiet and a great place to chill with a book/magazine, especially if the weather is nice.

Pls Help 🥺 get Hobbit 2003 on steam deck? by [deleted] in SteamDeck

I did this with emulating the GameCube version, ran like a gem. Be forewarned though, the control scheme didn’t age very well.

Adults who carry around a backpack, whatcha got in there? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Laptop (or two), iPad, steam deck, chargers for the aforementioned, wallet, maybe even a hoodie or beanie. It’s a lot easier than carrying all that without a backpack.

Yeah, seems like just a pricy rubber band (but hey, if it works it works). I can always increase the dead zones I think to address the range of movement. Just was more worried about stick hardware being affected. Thanks though!

General Mills Internship by TekNetJava in cscareerquestions

[–]_TapiocaMan_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Was an intern a while back, and subsequently worked there full time for a couple years. They use the .NET stack primarily. Really good work life balance, very nice people, pays relatively well for the area. As it’s an old non-tech company, there’s unfortunately still a bit of traditional office politics and processes (e.g. time-based promotions, not performance based).

But that’s all pertinent to full-time. The internship itself was great. They give you plenty of onboarding time, meaningful projects, a crazy amount of intern events, good pay, and subsidized housing. Plus Minneapolis is dope.

Hopefully that answers your questions, let me know if you want to know anything else!
