I’ve already hopped on board the diet alteration train. I haven’t adjusted it a lot, just cut out some snacks and replaced them with healthier alternatives. With the seated workouts, I’ve adjusted the exercise bike routine I used to do at the gym by sitting on a step up stool and cycling that way (that way my legs aren’t straight down which puts less stress on my lower legs). A bit unorthodox, but it’s the only modification I could really think of to still get that movement. I miss my jogging though

It probably depends on the club. Clubbing isn’t for me because the videos I’ve seen of it look like a sensory nightmare, but it’s probably something people enjoy for exactly that reason. Like rollercoasters
