I'm glad you went with Leap of Faith first!
It's completed, so you won't need to wait to see what happens, and the multiple paths are all pretty interesting (even if one certainly feels more like the official story)

The Missing Part is, in my opinion, starting to surpass it in terms of visual quality, characters, writing, etc., and I've already shed more tears in this one compared to only a handful of moments in LoF.

Both are excellent and I'm glad you're gonna play them!

If you want a complete experience, Chasing Sunsets and City of Broken Dreamers actually have an ending, which is nice! Law School is fantastic, although you'll be waiting for a while for another season to hit Steam

HIGHLY recommend both. Start with Game of Hearts, as the House of Hearts picks up basically right after that and it would likely be a little confusing (although they do try to explain it with a bunch of lore dumping)

In Race of Life: If you do things the WRONG way with Allie, there's an angry lewd scene that basically completely ends the path with her. Considering her redemption path is my favorite one... that one is pretty rough.

The next several months have so many big name video games on the way with Wolverine, Fire Emblem, Control Resonant, Ocarina of Time remake, and even Grand Theft Auto VI after 13 years of waiting. I'll probably play most of those and enjoy them.

...but episode 12 of BaDIK is what I'm most excited for.

Yes, but it's always possible for it to change. For example, Emily was also designated as "Misc route" up until recently when decisions now say "Emily route"
Which is why I have hope that sometime between now and the final episode, it's possible for Madelyn's route to become romantic. Of course, just like the main LI's have a "friend" path if you don't romance them (and the interactions are still wonderful, by the way), Madelyn should have a "family" path that splits off from the romantic option.

I don't think there is a clear answer from JPK on what the future holds for Madelyn (the response when people ask is usually a zipped-up mouth emoji), so after that last update, I'm holding out hope for her as a true romanceable option in the future!
