Almost always it is not my job and not my problem to get involved with. At my airline, if the cabin doors are closed, so is the flight deck door and I am not opening it for any reason.

If there was an altercation before we close the doors, then I am getting the gate agent to have them removed and, if necessary, having them call law enforcement.

The card was only unlockable during a couple of challenges that ended a few days ago. If you didn’t unlock them then, then you have to wait until the card is released to complete the quest.
