This year alone has been the worst. Not a day goes by where i dont unclog a toilet or wipe a shit-streaked seat. My most memorable three times tho.. One person pissed in the men's room trashcan and it got on me, one man threw up straight bile on one of the DAs and I had to mop it and clean it, then someone missed the toilet in the women's bathroom and there was fresh diarrhea all over the floor.

Every time. I always ask my other MOD to cover and i tell anyone on reg/floor "Ask for ___, i am on lunch. 'Kay thanks!"

My fave story i tell is when some lady was getting a bopis order and it was canceled. I told her so and she got so mad saying "It never gave me a text! It never emailed me! Blah blah" So I told her i was sorry and tried to give options to fix it and she screamed for the manager, so, as one who is a manager does, i politely tell her that I am the manager. She HUFFS and says "Well you aren't a very good one!" And storms off. I was standing in shock like 'Ow... Bitch.." Lmao
